Applebee's

used to have a Lighter Fare menu that featured entrees all under 700 calories. However, those items no longer feature on the restaurant chain's online menu. There are some regular menu items that fall below the 700-calorie mark, including a six-ounce top sirloin or grilled chicken breaks served with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The salads can be as decadent as some of the pasta dishes, with the oriental chicken salad clocking in at over 1500 calories! While not exactly billed as healthy options, Applebee's Irresit-a-bowls include two Mexican-inspired options that include rice, lean proteins and veggies.
